Fox Carlton Pond is home to both rainbow trout and brook trout. We offer some of the best fly-fishing around on our private pond as well as the Sandy River which abuts our property. Hikers can enjoy direct access to “The Fly Rod Crosby Trail” as well as nearby hikes up Angle Falls, Daggett Rock, Small Falls, Mt. Blue or Tumbledown Mountain. Mountain Bikers can enjoy the nearby challenges of one of the best Mountain Bike trails in New England plus have direct Access to Maine’s many miles of ATV trails directly from your cabin, RV or Tent. Or take an auto self-guided tour of the Western Maine Mountains during Fall Foliage.
