 Where will my ceremony be held?  Most couples choose to be married under the sky overlooking our private 5-acre trout pond, weather permitting.  When raining, ceremonies can be held in Fox Hall, our 40’ X 60’ wedding facility.
 Your Reception, Rehearsal Dinner & Brunch can be held under the sky or in Fox Hall. The reception is yours.  Our wedding barn, Fox Hall, can accommodate 150 guests for your wedding day.  If additional space is needed, you may want to rent a tent to go on the end of the Event Center.  Whether you want to plan every detail or hire a wedding planner to help navigate the organizational details, your reception will be a celebration  You choose if you hire a catering service or have family & friends help with the celebration.  It is your day,  We provide the tables, chairs, an arbor, two gas grills, one 36-inch gas griddle for those pancake breakfasts, two 10’X 10’ pop-up canopies, two refrigerators and one freezer.    
 Where will we stay? Our seasonal facility has five cabins plus RV sites, camper, & tenting sites plus a hammock- hanging area and a four-person screened-in hut.    
 When do we offer weddings?  Weddings and receptions are offered anytime during our season.  We open the third weekend in May and close Columbus Day weekend of each year.
 Your Outdoor Adventure:  We are located on 63 acres in the beautiful Western Mountains of Maine just 3.7 miles off Rt. 4, birthplace of Fly Rod Crosby, who was awarded the first Registered Maine Guide license and is highly regarded as the Annie Oakley of Fly Fishing.  Our seemingly secluded and historic 5-acre trout pond is private and has natural and stocked Brook and Rainbow Trout for the enjoyment of your bridal party.  Stop in and check out our Fly Shop/Gift Shop. No fishing license is required for guests to fly fish our idyllic trout-filled, fly fishing, catch and release pond. Included in the your parties fun-filled weekend are fly fishing on our private pond, use of canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, our combination basketball/pickle ball court, horseshoes, lawn bowling, cornhole, volleyball, badminton and ring toss.  We have direct access to local and state ATV trails, biking trails, swimming, hiking miles of legendary trails such as The Fly Rod Crosby Trail, Daggett Rock, Tumbledown Mountain and Mt. Blue.  You and your guests can toast marshmallows around our huge fire pit overlooking the pond or just sit around bird watching and relaxing. Our WiFi has speeds averaging 200 mbps. Fox Carlton Pond Sporting Camps is truly the perfect setting for your beautiful wedding in the Western Mountains of Maine.  All this including your two night stay for  $ 4650.00.  A deposit of  $2,350.00 will reserve your special day.  Insurance: Wedding Event Insurance is required.
 Do I have to book the whole place?  No, You can reserve all or part of the venue.
