Fox Carlton Pond is located in the Sandy River Valley of Western Maine on 63 acres of natural beauty. Enjoy the peace and tranquility overlooking a 5 acre spring fed pond, 3800' of Sandy River waterfront and numerous hiking trails. Outdoor onsite activities include boating, fishing, swimming, pickle ball, basketball, tether ball, horse shoes, volleyball, badminton and a putting green. Enjoy discovering close by local attractions, stunning hikes, and delightful restaurants. For ATV enthusiasts, our campsite is perfectly situated on the Maine ATV Trail, allowing you to drive your ATV onto the trails from our location. Experience this adventure with easy access to endless trails and breathtaking scenery.

As an additional offering, our stunning rustic barn venue is ideal if you're planning a celebration, gathering, or retreat. Our barn venue can accommodate up to 150 guests providing a unique and inviting venue for any occasion.
